BAUERMARKS helps Clients to evaluate their current talent strategy. through a comprehensive assessment that will identify strengths, as well as talents gaps, preventing you from attaining a high performance workforce. Once an assessment is completed, an organizational design/execution plan can be provided to the Client. BAUERMARKS also has the team experience to assist in executing the plan, which may include the re-purposing of staff roles and/or recruitment of talent.

Project Management methodology is a set of principles and practices that guide an organization with organizing their projects to ensure optimum performance. A well run, organized, tracked and objective-minded project will lead to tremendous Client efficiencies with costs, resources, product speed to market capability, as well as many other advantages. The BAUERMARKS team will assess the Client business model, its current projects in play, and then work with the Client to stand up the appropriate methodology to meet critical business objectives. Our team has successful experience and know-how with traditional (waterfall), critical chain, extreme, Agile, process based, event chain, Prnce2, Prism as well as lean methodologies.

Program/Project Governance entails all of the key elements that make a project successful. However, this is not a "one size fits all". Project governance needs to be tailored to a Client's specific needs, and there are several components that need to be considered. The BAUERMARKS team will assess the Client objectives, value-weigh applicable components for success, and then recommend, and implement if necessary, a Governance and Control model that aligned to the need. In many cases a Program/Project Management Office (PMO) may make sense for the Client in order to develop tools, track project success or risk, and monitor overall initiative health and priority.

Each project also needs to be conscious of Scope, Cost, and Time, while ensuring the Quality of the delivery is being met. We have tools as well as applicable methodology to apply with respect to identifying, managing and valuing stakeholders.
